Hosteria de Anita is a lively family-run guest house in the artistic San Blass District, central Cuzco. Features include colourful accommodations and a tour desk with a selection of regional excursions. It is located on a pedestrian street with stairs leading to the property. My booking was transferred to Amaru Colonial hotel for the same price (including breakfast) due to temporarily lack of tourists due to political crisis in Peru. Both hotels are close to city center. Situation in Peru now is close to normal and all tourist services (including visiting of Machu Pichu) are operating with small tourist groups.

The staff are super friendly, special thanks to the restaurant staff Seyda, Alexander and Marcelo, who made the stay very memorable.

The host were friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a very nice and characteristic location. Breakfast is prepared at the moment and served in a rooftop with a view directly at the mountains. This 2-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. The property is non-smoking and is set 19 km from Main Square. Cozy and nice. Nice breakfast. Special shout out to the owner, Tula who is very helpful and chatty. She stored our luggage and got our laundry sorted while we were at Machu Picchu. Also, my sis forgot her important meds and she immediately sent the same all the way to cusco. N finally will miss my fav kitty, Nitty.
