The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

This boutique hotel boasts 2 dining options, a rooftop infinity pool and a fitness centre. Free WiFi throughout and parking with fees are provided. Loved the location. in the center of the madness that is Arab street. Not many people might appreciate it because it is crowded (and during ramadan nights...chaotic) and surrounded by local residential housing but I loved it. Never felt unsafe and was spoilt for food choices. Close to Pavilion for shopping and even more food options. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was comfortable with great sound proofing because we didnt hear any outside noise at all (granted we were on a high floor). Great value for money and we would stay here again.

ABC Bistro Cafe serves up a variety of authentic Malaysian cuisine. The hotel room was spacious and clean. They have play house so kids dont get bored. The hotel staff was so helpful and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Bicky in the reception and Rasidul in housekeeping.

It is also about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Jalan Alor Food Street and Changkat. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the city. Staff were very polite, courteous, and helpful if you have any issues with your room.

I enjoyed the size of the room, and panoramic windows, and pool, staff was pretty helpful

Guests enjoy shuttle service to selected business areas and shopping malls. It houses 2 outdoor swimming pools and a well-equipped fitness centre. It was amazing! Such good staff and facilities and location- highly recommend. Chose from lots of places and this was the best for the price!
