The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered tending to all of our needs (a couple and a 2-year-old kid plus a grandma). Both the dinner and breakfast included with the room were delicious and very nicely presented and it was lovely not to have to look for food after a long day at Chichen. The included parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient. The building is old, so do not expect modern luxury, but you can't beat the location right off the main plaza, plus the A/C works just fine and the garden more than makes up for that.

Free WiFi access is available throughout. A real boutique hotel! Everything is perfect. Our room was spacious, clean and with on point decor. The bed is enormous and very confortable. The common and pool areas are welcoming and surrounded by lush vegetation. The staff were helpful with tailored suggestions and the breakfast defies description!
