I loved the feel of this boutique hotel and the decor of my suite, adding a touch of rustic elegance. The vegeterian breakfast was a spread of delights with a Mexican twist, with the sound of a pool waterfall as the perfect morning backdrop. The owners, a friendly Australian couple, not only extended a personal welcome to each guest, but were on hand (via WhatsApp) to give tips and guidance on things to do (and avoid). All staff were fabulous, and I need to give Mel a shout-out who looked after me exceptionally well. The hotel is a keeper and I may well go back to Merida just to stay here again.

Beautiful property, very peaceful with excellent beds and good water pressure. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the most delicious cocktails, it truly was a pleasure. Absolutely lovely hotel, great staff, very clean and everything finished to a high standard. Hammocks in the rooms were a nice touch. Food was excellent. The only hotel where we ate in all the time. Parking reserved outside hotel

What a beautiful hotel right in Merida city center! The facilities are incredible comfortable, even the unusual exterior shower that was a pleasant surprise! There is a near by car parking. The hotel staff is really nice and helpful! We couldn’t have chosen a better stay for our trip.
