Featuring a private beach area and an outdoor pool, Dekaderon Lux Apartments is 1.8 km from the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Kotor. This place is beautiful! It's a few apartments around a stunning pool overlooking the bay of Kotor. Fully equipped kitchen, great view, big living room. The team was extremely kind and friendly at all times. Especially Anja, who is working very hard while keeping a constant smile. The apartment is big and spacious - 2 bedrooms, a big living room and a kitchen. We were 5 people there (couple + 3 kids) and it was great for us, as the kids were all in the same bedroom. Parking is available, shaded. I highly recommend.

The apartment is literally part of all the Kotor history tours. You walk down the stairs and loads of tourists are being told about your building. It’s really big (apart from the tiny bathroom). The aircon is really efficient. We felt like they had made a mistake with the price because it was the same price as a much smaller one we stayed in outside the old town. 2 recommendations…. Marshalls ice cream nearby has the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted…. Especially the salted pistachio, and the mango. Also La Catedral pasta bar is also excellent. Also.. the shrimp pasta takeaway opposite the entrance to the apartment is excellent.

The hosts were very helpful with everything. Location of the hotel was perfectly by the sea and the room had everything we needed during our stay.

Breakfast was perfect and the room was very nice and cosy. The pier with beach chairs has its own vibe, you can jump to the sea from it or use the ladder. The sea was fantastic. And it takes just 10 minutes driving to the Kotor city centre car parks

This is an amazing hotel, highly recommended. It’s located in the heart of the old town, in a historic building. I stayed there in December but the room was warm (staff provided a radiator in advance). I also booked a transfer – everything was great and on time (20 minutes to Tivat Airport). The bed was excellent, and the room was quiet. The staff was very friendly. If I visit Kotor again, I will definitely stay here!
