Đole at breakfast took great care of us every morning, and Ali at the evening reception was always polite and helpful. Gorgeous apartments with all of the facilities that you need for a very comfortable stay. The pool and jacuzzi area were great with great views across Kotor bay. The staff were so accommodating- could take do enough for you and even arranged a wonderful boat trip around the bay on the day of arrival. The service was fantastic and location great within 20 minutes walk of the old town. We will most certainly come back!

The location is really great.The house is awesome.The tourists were coming into garden of the house to take pictures as it is an ancient building and I was so proud of staying there:)There is a car park near it and you can access every point very easily.The host was so kind and helpful.

The warm welcome we received from Tatiana as we arrived was exceptional as was the daily breakfast served at the waters edge was priceless and made our stay very enjoyable.

This is an amazing hotel, highly recommended. It’s located in the heart of the old town, in a historic building. I stayed there in December but the room was warm (staff provided a radiator in advance). I also booked a transfer – everything was great and on time (20 minutes to Tivat Airport). The bed was excellent, and the room was quiet. The staff was very friendly. If I visit Kotor again, I will definitely stay here!

The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, with options that cater to every taste. Everything we tried exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service. The entire staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. A special mention goes to Vladana, who stood out with her kindness, positive energy, and attention to detail. She made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for – a true gem! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back!

The original appearance and character of the building have been carefully restored, blending existing features with contemporary design and functionality. The hotel is exceptional, the staff is very kind and helpful, the accessibility of everything is excellent, the old town is just a few kilometers away, and the restaurant in the hotel itself was also a special experience. The library in the bar is incredible, with books in Serbian, English, German, French, and Italian—and what editions, truly amazing!

Beautiful hotel in stunning location. Amazing staff, we also got a free upgrade. The room was fabulous and roomy, and the bathroom was huge. Highly recommended!
