The rooms were convenient and clean and the staff was so helpful! The hotel is truly beautiful and provided a great authentic Japanese experience. We ordered the breakfast, which was served to our room. We also got a delicious welcome drinks and sweets. The staff was kind and explained evevrything to great lengths. We were allowed to use the beautiful clothes provided and were alllowed to bring the drawstring bag home with us. This ryokan was defenitely worth the stay and we will defenitely come back if we ever visit Japan again!

Staff were super kind though I did mistake while doing the booking they are kind enough to wait, ambience, tea ceremony and breakfast gave Japanese vibe.
