Guest rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) flooring with traditional futon bedding. Each room has air conditioning and heating facilities. Toilet and bathroom facilities are shared. The staff were lovely, they even carried our bags for us. The room has heating which was perfect as we visited in February. The futons were comfortable and the room was spacious. There was also a private bath you could use which was such a bonus. I recommend you stay here if visiting Kanazawa.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, by far the best during our 3 weeks in Japan. The buffet breakfast was one of the better ones and also catered well to Western palates. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Easy 6 min walk from the train station. Highly recommend staying here and visiting beautiful Kanazawa.

There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean. The room was a bit small (typical in Japan) but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
