We would also like to extend our specific thanks to the many staff members who provided exceptional and warm service. First and foremost, the hotel places a strong emphasis on cleanliness. Having traveled from Japan to Italy, I found its level of hygiene to be on par with the high standards of Japanese hotels. The housekeeping was also very prompt and flexible, accommodating our schedule and needs. Secondly, the reception was outstanding. Both check-in and check-out were efficient. The main entrance has an electronic lock at night, and even when we returned late, there was always a lobby manager on duty to open the door for us. This was crucial for our peace of mind and allowed us to fully enjoy our evenings out. However, what we were most pleased with during our stay was the breakfast. The hotel offers a rich variety of fresh food that showcases the local flavors of Italy and Brindisi. The fruit was always fresh and of high quality, and a selection of yogurt, nuts, and various beverages was also available. In the dining area, all staff members were courteous, professional, and efficient. We were particularly satisfied with and grateful for the service provided by Viviana. She is enthusiastic and full of energy; she also provided us and other guests with valuable information about major local events, which was incredibly helpful. I hope to see her again on our next visit.

Nice big room, comfortable bed, black outs and everything required for a comfortable sleep. The hosts were very nice and took the time to explain place to eat and see. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of things to eat. Street parking can be found around the property.

Surrounded by a 100-hectare private park with olive groves, almond and palm trees, Masseria Palombara is a working farm house from the 16th-Century. It offers elegant rooms and suites with a patio and garden. WiFi is free in the entire farm stay, set 2 km from central Oria. We had a truly amazing stay at the Palombara. The perfect place to wind down. The staff was incredible and the food was excellent. I can only recommend everyone to stay there when in the region and would give it 12 points if I could.

It offers classic-style rooms with antique furnishings and free Wi-Fi. We were welcomed by the housekeeper, who is a real asset to this property. She welcomes you with warmth, smiles and is filled with kindness. She took great care of us during our stay. The Stunning property in Ostuni, beautifully renovated and feels luxurious. Only a short walk to the main square and yet very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely return.

Our room was perfect with a beautiful bathroom, great shower, very comfortable bed/ mattress/ pillows. Not only a room but also all property is immaculate. Great coffee and nice fresh breakfast for every taste served daily by polite and friendly owners. We enjoyed our stay at this perfect B&B and hope to be back.

With a TV, sofa, the air-conditioned units have a private bathroom. Some include panoramic views of the sea in the distance and hand-painted furnishings. The location was ideal. The staff were friendly/helpful. I found parking very easily.
