My four night stay at Room Mate Giulia Milan was fantastic! The staffs are super friendly and attentive. The location is right on the corner of Piazza del Duomo and we were passing by Duomo in and out of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast was not an ordinary hotel breakfast because on top of usual breakfast food, they had a few extraordinary food items I haven't seen at other hotel breakfast. The cleaning crew was checking my room twice a day which I thought it was unusual. At this hotel I felt I was taken care of very well. I will definitely recommend this hotel when I am asked for a hotel recommendation in Milan and I will also definitely come back when I get to revisit Milan.

Free WiFi is available throughout. This hotel was so different from the classic hotel concept — we truly felt at home here. Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort. We had to leave earlier than opening breakfast time, but they left fruit and biscuits in the kitchen for us. The location is perfect to go to Scrovegni Chapel and very close to the center. It’s also Close to the train station. We went to Venezia to spend the day.
