Transport hubs in the area include the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus which is 1 km away and Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport which is 22 km away. The room, was very clean and the hotel was within a 30 min walk of major tourist sites. What made the hotel though was the staff. Super friendly and nothing was too much to help you out. The staff arranged for currency exchange and provided advice on restaurants and tourist attractions. Breakfast was included and very tasty also, with a choice of Indian or Eggs. Loved our stay.

Situated in Mumbai City, Residency Hotel is 100 metres from the Western Express Highway metro station, 7 km from Juhu Beach and 4 km from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. All the Staff and management were excellent in coustomer services. My parents and myself, we enjoyed the stay and location was great. It was easy to commute around the city and safe place to stay. Food was excellent. Next time I visit India would love to stay in this hotel. Would recommend this hotel and place for all. Thanks for all the services by the Residency Hotel staff member. 😀

The hotel features an outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, free parking and 6 dining options. The hotel and room is clean and nice. Western-style and standards. It is a refreshing visit for us who just came back from the Jaisalmer desert area. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Pool is nice. The beach access is right outside which is awesome. The beach is clean and nice. The hotel is also near many good restaurants and it's safe to walk around a bit.

Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and bathrobes. This was a great place to begin my stay in India and get acclimated. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean spacious room with everything I needed, toiletries, free bottles of water, coffee kettle, quiet room, slept great, good AC, good restaurant in the building, great breakfast included with room, a buffet and the chef woukd also cook free breakfast to order. Excellent location right by the Gateway to India, where many tours start, near the part of town with the most sites to see, a few minutes walk to Colaba marke, the Oberoi hotel, and many restaurants. I had a really great stay for 3 nights.
