We were so welcomed by Clifton and Jeanette and very happy at this 8 room guest house owned by a very warm family who have lovely staff, especially our waitress at breakfast Kaviri. Rooms are not very big but very comfortable with a firm bed. Exceptionally clean. We only used the ceiling fan but a/c available too. The roof top is a tropical garden and creates such an ambience of peace. Breakfast is served there a La carte with choices of freshly baked bread and home made jam, eggs, fresh fruit etc. This place is just 30 mins from Dabolim airport to Panjim in the middle of what is called the Latin area. It is good to go to prepaid taxi at airport arrivals. Rps1100 Jan 25. Very Close to lots of eating places but we especially enjoyed Casanoni trattoria 5 mins away and Family restaurant around the corner. 10min walk to bus station to get a Bus to Old Goa 30 mins ride away and enjoy the beautiful churches/ cathedral and museum there.

The property is a gem! Very close to beach, shops, restaurants and night life locations, but very serene at the same time. They have a taxi driver that they cooperate with, who was available for driving me around during my trip, he‘s very responsible and I felt safe. Awesome breakfast. Wonderful and most welcoming hosts. I loved it so much that I extended my trip spontaneously and were in luck that they had another night available. Will definitely come back!

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. This is one of the best places that we have stayed on our India trip. The location is ideal, the facilities were great and our room was pristine clean! Roy also gave us so many great recommendations for food, drinks and things to see/do. Excellent location, very close to the beach and near some nice restaurants and bars. Super clean as the rooms are cleaned daily and good facilities fridge, kettle etc. The pool is really nice, with comfortable sun loungers too. The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much for them. Would highly recommend.

Although it is a beach front property , the rooms are 350m from the beach front and have partial garden view. Location was amazing. Staff are all very nice and very helpful and provide top notch service. Room (family room) was spacious and very clean. Its a nice short walk thru lovely gardens to the on site restaurant which is beach front,has good food and a better view.
