I had the pleasure of meeting a team member at the restaurant. Her name is Kashish. She was so friendly and professional. Her big smile was something I will remember when I think of this stay. I wish I could mention everyone’s name. Everyone was just amazing and extremely professional and friendly. The food quality above five star and variety of choices suit this hotel very well. I stayed at the Leela Ambience on my back home and it wasn’t the same experience. I was disappointed about Ambience Leela because I thought I would experience the same hospitality. So what makes the Leela Palace unique and memorable is definitely the employees. The room size is perfect and the luxury you experience is about comfort and relaxation. I highly recommend this palace to all. You will love it. ❤️🙏

Built in 1903, Maidens Hotel showcases 19th century colonial charm and architecture. It has an outdoor pool, fitness centre and features a coffee shop which extends into a charming, open courtyard. Modern rooms include a flat-screen satellite TV. Free WiFi is available in the rooms of the property. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was warmly greeted by a doorman with a mustache, and the refreshing rose water offered at check-in set a wonderful tone for my visit. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely shower and plenty of complimentary drinking water. I was also impressed by the delicious breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food and beverages, with some items made to order hot and fresh. The breakfast was so delightful that it made me excited to start each day, eager to enjoy both the delicious food and the warm smiles that greeted me The restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive, well-mannered, and friendly, always eager to ensure a positive experience. This same level of service was evident across all departments especially with the Executive Housekeeper, her exceptional service left a lasting impression on me, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her attention and assistance. The gym was well-maintained and clean, and I felt safe there, knowing security was always present just outside the gate. Additionally, I appreciated the thoughtful evening check-ins by housekeeping, offering any assistance I may have needed, which demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the Civil Line metro station, restaurants, hospital, and convenience stores. Maiden Hotel will always be my sanctuary away from home, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

We felt comfortable and safe and staff was very very kind with us. The room and common spaces were clean and decorated with great taste. Breakfast was delicious - we went for the Indian options, aloo paratha and poha and we loved them. Moreover, we were shown how to cook paratha! I’ve been in Delhi 3 times and this was definitely the best! My room was also extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast was splendid . The owner of the property and team also gave me great tips for restaurants and markets. I really felt home!

Modern high-standard rooms, clean room, close to airport, high security, spacious room, bathroom with bath, friendly staff, immediate airport shuttle, near airport, clean linen and bed - I was struggling finding a decent hotel close to the airport because many cheap hotels put their location at aerocity while being located somewhere else and misleading people with wrong pictures - while this hotel is obviously more costly for Indian averages, it felt like being in the West and good value for the money overall - great for stopover after or before flying from Delhi airport
