Ferndale Luxury Boutique Bed & Breakfast offers adult-only accommodation. Excellent breakfast and great hosts. Jon gave us some good tips on planning our bicycle tour as we continued around Ireland.

This beautiful and historic castle is set within 1,000 acres of woodland. On the banks of the River Moy, it boasts a restaurant made from the remains of a 17th-century Spanish galleon. Amazing place. Everything was high standard and the food was excellent. We will visit again.

Near Westport’s historic Quay district, Boffin Lodge provides brightly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi and full Irish breakfasts. The place was beautiful and very comfortable (we slept like a baby on that mattress). Ideal place to rest after a day of activities. Everything was clean and the hosts were exceptionally lovely (and helpful!). We absolutely loved our stay. P.S.: The breakfast is to die for!

With a swimming pool and gym, the historic Breaffy House Resort is situated in 101 acres of woodland estate. Located just outside Castlebar, it is less than 5 minutes’ drive from the town centre. This place was absolutely beautiful! Everything about it was great, the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, the meals were great. Everything was so stylish and beautifully decorated. I was so impressed to see my favourite William Morris wallpaper in the restaurant! I loved sitting by the fireplace in the lobby reading my book. The grounds are stunning. Staff were very friendly. Great value for money.
