Located next to Ashford Castle, The Lodge at Ashford Castle is set on 10 acres of grounds, overlooking Lough Corrib in Cong. Dating back to 1845, this contemporary country house hotel boasts free WiFi and free parking. I have booked for both my friend and I so its a bit of a repeat but with some Additions Location, courtesy of staff, activities like falconry and walking the woods with wolfhounds was magical. Staff coordinated among each other like a well tuned team so kudos You never have to ask twice Fabulous food on the lodge and restaurants 10/10 Especially having stayed in other hotels this trip I can easily say this is THE BEST

Westport’s centre is 15 minutes’ walk away, and free parking is available. Very fine superb B&B. We had a big clean room with a clean bathroom and avery fine bed. We slept very well.. Breakfast was best ever! The quality of the food, the choices, the variety, the eye for detail ( cooled orange juice)was impressive. Wonderful! Enough parking space, pubs & restaurants within 500m. Highly recommended!

Was a fairly large efficiently run hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful everything was clean, comfortable and worked. Best breakfast in Ireland. Made to order from extensive menu. Parking in lot across the street for 2 Euros a day. Close to town.
