Located in the village of Adare, 19 km from Limerick, Adare Country House features a garden, terrace and shared lounge with TV. Our stay was so charming its hard to describe. It was our first night in Ireland and Adare Country House was like staying with family, It was so quaint and friendly, welcoming, warm, so traditional too. The owners Dennis and Elaine (I think) were the cutest Irish couple you could hope to imagine, we even took photos with them. The breakfast was hand cooked and huge variety. I didn't want to leave. Beds in room so comfortable, everything clean and fresh with old school charm. This is a fabulous stop on the way between Dublin and the Ring of Kerry. Lots of parking and a block from the local Adare main road and the restaurants and pubs. A cute historical village, we LOVED it xo

This boutique town house is close to Limerick city centre and opposite Pery Square (Peoples’ Park). It offers free wired internet, luxury rooms and organic spa treatments. No. From the moment I arrived it was like I was coming home. Julia and Calvin treated me like a family member. So friendly and kind. Accommodation was excellent.

The Savoy is a boutique hotel right in the centre of Limerick, between historic King John's Castle and the landmark that is Thomond Park. The staff was warm and friendly from the very start. Their level of hospitality is exceptional. The property is extremely well cared for and immaculate.

Kilmurry Lodge Hotel is a family run hotel, ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the University of Limerick and the National Technological Park, Castletroy. Stayed for one night. Beautiful hotel with warm greeting and lovely breakfast.

Set in 20 acres of landscaped gardens, this Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa offers luxury accommodation, free parking, and an award-winning restaurant. Very clean room, with comfortable bed. Stayed in junior suite and room size and comfort was very good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast with enough options. The facilities are good for guests who would like to benefit from (fitness, spa, walking path, very nice fresh air around with a lot of green are). Location was very convenient for me, close to city and close to motorway.

We travelled in Ireland for 3 weeks, and our stay at the George was the most memorable. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The on-site restaurant, Vincenzo's Grill serves delicious starters. We sampled a July special which included a tasting of almost all items on the starter menu, and they were all delicious. At breakfast, our family of 4 selected 4 different breakfast options, and we all thought our breakfast that morning was the best breakfast we had had in Ireland. Whether you prefer a full Irish, sweet pancakes, eggs Benedict or avocado toast, you will not be disappointed at the George. Every staff member we encountered was kind and thoughtful. It was indeed a very pleasant stay. And for the cherry on top - a few days after our stay, we realised we may have left a bag of shoes at the hotel. I messaged reception and received a very quick response stating the bag had been found. They offered to post it to us, but as we were passing that way en route back to Dublin we were able to go back to collect. The George got 4/4 votes from our family for best hotel in Ireland!
