The hotel was in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice but did not additionally have a safe, one had to be brought in when we enquired but that was seen to very quickly.

Located on a busy street with many shops and walking distance to Malioboro. Very nice breakfast with quality and variety. The decoration is definitely a highlight of this hotel. Nice bar with live music.

It is a resort like hotel with beautiful gardens. All employees are super kind. The food quality is much above the standard, it suits Eastern and Western guest too.

Lovely facility and very helpful staff who helped with organising a driver for a day excursion to Borobudur and facilitated a change of room to overlook the pool. Great breakfast also.

I had lovely night staying at Sheraton, I chose to stay with pool view . It was such a heritage building, the vibes and the architecture are absolute gems. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, and the price was so worth it to the facilities and perks that we got.

The staff friendly and helpful . Very attentive and polite all the times. Even the security staff at the entrance. Just need to provide more varieties for the dishes (local food) Rice 1 protein and another side dish not enough . Should have more local dish for tourist like ne to try. The western area maybe need a bit more items like bake beans hash brown and cold meat like chicken ham and some cheese ..bread should also include wholemeal for health conscious traveller like me ...
