The staff are beyond wonderful, so kind and caring. The room although on the smaller size is very thoughtfully done and they give you everything you could possibly need. 5 litres of drinking water per day, for instance!! The beach in front was calm to swim in and very pretty. Snorkel equipment was also provided and we could rent bikes at the property. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. On the whole we just loved our stay. Gili Air is like a slice of heaven! Special mention of Rizaan at the front desk who took great care of us!

The location is convenient in the middle of all the shops. Rooms were also decent with very good AC.

Our room was very clean, had fast wifi, and we really enjoyed the quiet jungle garden overlooking the terrace. Highly recommended!

Loved the breakfast and the Staff was excellent. Shot out to Ozzy and the team of waiters. The lunch and dinner there was also excellent. Everyone had a great attitude and was so quick to assist. Loved the vibe and would choose this place again when we return.

We did a round trip around Indonesia and this was by far our best hotel experience! The rooms were beautiful, very clean, the pool very nice and sourrounded by trees! The staff was also tidying the room two times per day which was very nice to see and preparing our breakfast everyday in the morning and serving it on our terrace. The location is far away from the busy center of the island so it s perfect if you re looking for something more quiet! Everything is easily reachable with a bicycle! But the thing that stood out the most for us was the owners of course! Very friendly and kind and always there to help us organize everything, from bikes, to tours, to ferry tickets etc.. we also tried all of their restaurant recommendations and they were all spot on!!
