The location is absolutely beautiful, quiet and tranquill. The property is very well kept, rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Meals were delicious. We felt thouroughly spoiled.

Very spacious, clean, well thought out. The space was beautiful and felt really homely. The privacy of the environment was also wonderful. The staff were all perfect in accommodating questions, needs, helping at all times to find what we needed they also gave us personal recommendations for tours which we did, better priced than others and we had an incredible time. Definitely ask them about snorkelling with the turtles! We would definitely stay with them again!!! They also have bikes that you can rent per day which was just a highlight of the stay too as meant we could bicycle around the island easily. I also left an important piece of jewellery at the villa.and left the island. They kindly located it and their communication and kindness in getting the item.on a fast boat to me in Bali and their work to help me resolve that was just above and beyond. A nice and quiet place on Gili Trawangan. The accommodation is lovely, staff is very friendly and the food is good. We extended our stay here and would definitely come back

I came there because I had to extend my VOA, which goes fast and easily at the Mataram immigration office. Beautiful place with a beach front, views on Bali and also a very nice swimming pool. Good rooms and excellent food. And also a very friendly and helpful staff.

The kitchen is fully stocked, including a fridge filled with cold beers and other drinks ready to enjoy (available for purchase). The personal Wi-Fi connection works perfectly, and there’s even a Bluetooth speaker so you can play your own music while relaxing by your private pool. The bedroom is spacious, with multiple lighting options, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The staff provides mosquito coils and repellent spray, so you’re fully prepared to stay comfortable and bug-free. The outdoor bathroom comes with quality bath products, and the villa promotes sustainability by minimizing plastic use through glass bottles and containers. Breakfast was absolutely exceptional — the best I’ve ever had. Delicious, generous, and beautifully presented, with portions so abundant they barely fit on the table. It’s delivered directly to your villa, and you can choose your options in advance from a shared menu. Simply outstanding. The staff is exceptionally helpful and well-organized — they even create a group chat where they share tips for the perfect stay, from recommended excursions to the best local restaurants. We followed all their suggestions, and every single one turned out amazing — so much so that we went back to some of the same places more than once! What truly sets this place apart is the outstanding staff and their dedication. They offer convenient extra services, like express laundry, and respond to any issue immediately. For example, when we had a problem with the fan late at night (around midnight), they came and fixed it within ten minutes! A truly extraordinary vacation full of privacy and relaxation. A place I would return to a thousand times over — honestly, if I could, I’d make it a regular stop and stay even longer every time

They Villa was absolutely stunning and Mr. Yudi was a gem. He guided us what to do and what to avoid in Gili T. We had some request for cooking dishes and Mr. Yudi arranged it in just 2mins. Really good job Yudi 👏
