We love the apartment decoration, and the quality of the furniture. But most the attention from Sanja, who was incredibly kind and made sure that we knew all of the options that we have to have great holidays in Hvar.

Located in the very centre of Hvar, about 50 metres from the main square, Guesthouse Kampanel is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, fully refurbished in 2014. It offers brightly furnished studios and rooms, with free WiFi access available. The best location, host fantastic. Very clean.

B&B Heritage Villa Apolon is located in Stari Grad. Hvar is 17 km away, where it is possible to take a ferry to Ancona in Italy. Free WiFi access is available.

Amazing staff, rooms, and service. Steps from the main walk and easy to get to sites and shops. The breakfast was amazing and Ante the manager at the front was so warm and welcoming. You are missing out if you don’t stay here!

Right in the centre of Hvar, Apartments Olive Tree has sea views from the terrace. Featuring a garden, the 3-star apartment has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The rooms are fitted with a balcony with views of the garden. The location was great, it overlooked the harbour and main square and just a short walk away from bars/restaurants. Our host met us on arrival, gave us the keys, showed us the room and even gave us cold water (it was a hot day), she told us of the local area and where to go. The room was clean, tidy and fresh linen provided regularly.

Only 300 metres from the waterfront, Apartments Bonkan Hvar is located on the picturesque Hvar Island. Some units feature a balcony with views of the island, the sea, and the Paklinski Islands.

All rooms and apartments have free access to WiFi and a private bathroom. The apartments are also equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette. Rooms and suites are fitted with a fridge. We are very happy with our stay. The host was very welcoming and pleasant. We had everything we needed and apartment is very clean and comfortable. The view is amazing and everything is exactly like in the pictures. We would reccomend it and would come again.

Located just 30 metres from the beach in Hvar, Hotel Moeesy, Blue & Green Oasis provides free Wi-Fi and satellite TV in its air-conditioned rooms. Surrounded by a pine forest, it is a 10-minute walk from the old city centre and the port. Came for the second time this year to this little paradise. The staff welcomed us so kindly and is very warm, inviting and genuine. You can feel the good atmosphere amongst the staff and the guests wo stay there. Special thanks to Kristina, Sara, Nikola (both of them!), Dino, Bojan.. who made us feel so welcome. You can party on the island, have a nice quiet evening or enjoy the nature and the beaches. It’s calm and lively at the same time. The beach bars and the city centre are only a few minutes walking distance away from the hotel, but you can’t hear the music from the streets in the hotel, it is the perfect location. The only thing that was a bit agonising to look at, were the long sleeved outfits on the staff in 35 degrees weather. One coworker had to wear a sleeve because his arm was tattooed, which we thought wasn’t necessary on such hot summer days. All in all, one of the best hotels we stayed at, will gladly be back.

Restaurant Lucullus serves a rich breakfast and dinners including the specialities of Hvar Island like goat with potatoes cooked in a brick oven or cheese with capers and olive oil. Perfect stay in Hvar, close to harbour and main square.

Guests can also visit the trendy lobby bar with a small front terrace facing the harbour. The Val Marina Restaurant serves premium cuts of meat, and fresh and local fish that is carefully paired with a great variety of national and international wines. The staff were lovely, the location couldn’t have been better and the whole experience was top. I had the best stay possible at the Adriana.
