Stamatia is helpful, cheerful, nice lady. Happy to receive samos tea from her as a gift. She provides all the help you may need. The location is awesome, up to 6-7 min walk from the port. The room was clean, only things are a bit old. But overall it was great to stay at Notis!

Lovely, very clean hotel in a nice quiet street about 10 mins from the main town by car. We were given a very warm welcome, and the owner could not have been more helpful. We were on the top floor of the highest building and had a magnificent sea view. The room was very well designed; waking up to the sea view from the bed was wonderful. The bathroom was sufficiently large, clean, and functional. At breakfast, we found everything we were looking for, and it was also delicious. We were given a very warm welcome at the reception. We got great advice every day on what plans to make based on the wind direction. The hotel had its own fairly large parking lot, and we never had trouble finding a spot. We will definitely come again.

I can say that the location of the hotel is one of the most beautiful places in Kokkari. It meets expectations such as cleanliness and comfort. Everything you want is very close by.

Owner gave me an update and the room was really nice..clean,modern with an amazing view..feels like sleeping at a beach as you are right on front of the sea..really nice experience

The location of hotel was perfect also the warm and sincere landlord. Very clean, comfort and practical room. Serenity place for body and soul rest. Very close to beautiful sandy beach sea and also taverns. I m sure next summer we will meet again.
