Marie Angela made us feel at home in every way—making us coffee and hot chocolate, showing us the market and best place to go into the water for swimming.

Tastefully decorated with soft colours, the rooms and spacious suites are air conditioned. Each includes an LCD TV, minibar and safe. Free toiletries, bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer can be found in the stone and marble bathroom. One of the most beautiful locations for a hotel. Georgia, the caretaker of the hotel was the most accommodating, above and beyond employee. She made my girlfriend and i’s stay incredibly memorable. From preparing breakfast for us, to restaurant recommendations/reservations, to her husband’s taxi service, she did everything for us! The hotel itself and location was breathtaking, very quaint and clean.

Strategically located in the centre of Limeni, Pirgos Mavromichali is a restored 18th-century tower overlooking the picturesque bay. It offers elegant, stone-built accommodation and provides free, on-site parking and free WiFi in public areas. I liked everything. From the building which is a living history to the delicious breakfast with the home made bread variety. Everything is carefully selected and organised by the owner and their family. Lastly the location of the hotel, is the best you can have in Limeni. You’ll see what I mean when you get to have breakfast on the balcony (picture attached).

Petropoulakis Tower is set in a restored centuries-old tower house, which stands on top of a hill. With commanding views of Lakonikos Gulf and Mount Parnon and Mount Taygetos, the family-run guest house features an outdoor pool. Amazing location with very nice view! Family who owns it is very friendly. Lovely breakfast and dinner. Rooms are not super new but contain all required.

The 200-year old Arapakis Historic Castle is set in one of the most characteristic fortresses of Mani. After its careful restoration, the hotel offers self-contained apartments, surrounded by a lush-green olive grove and a fitness centre. Free WiFi is available throughout. We wanted to stay in the real castle and we got it. We stayed only 1 night, but it was very good.

Dating back to 1870, this elegantly restored property enjoys a countryside setting in Mani. It offers a historic atmosphere, Creative Greek and International cuisine and country-chic rooms with antique furniture. One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. Strongly recommended – the location is simply unbeatable. The rooms are beautifully designed, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The entire staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, from the friendly receptionist to the attentive restaurant team. Special thanks to Fady and the others, who always greeted us with a smile and warm, professional service. A truly exceptional experience.

Located in Karavostasion, a few steps from Karavostasi Beach, Elixirion Guest House provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and express check-in and check-out. With garden views, this accommodation features a balcony. The guest house features parking on-site, beauty services and luggage storage space. We wanted to stay in Limeni but so glad the whole village was booked up and we chose Elixirion. The room was beautiful and comfortable with our own entrance and terrace overlooking the sea. The breakfast was best we’ve had although many were amazing, and the owner was attentive, helpful and simply very nice. We loved the quiet location and the restaurant next door proved to be very good too, in a nice setting over the sea. To see turtles swimming was a cherry on the cake and combined with our swims in the bay just 30 seconds from our room the whole stay was absolutely fabulous. Also very near to Limeni for dinner or Aeropoli. We explored Mani from here and location wise it was a perfect choice. Thank you.
