The service was truly exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. They kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in and late checkout, which was a huge help. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly spacious—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better! Everything I needed was within easy reach, which added to the overall convenience of my stay. A special shoutout to Sofia and one of the receptionists (a gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch). Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, a great location, and a comfortable stay!

Situated in the Jewellery Quarter, close to St Paul's Tram Station and 10 minutes’ walk from Birmingham city centre, Hampton by Hilton Birmingham Jewellery Quarter features an on-site fitness centre,... Great holiday in a good location. Five nights and five days flew by like one day. Cozy room, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. New Year's city and even rainy weather did not spoil the mood. The library in Birmingham is a special travel delight. If I get to visit Birmingham again, I will only stay here.
