Nestled in the Chiltern Hills, just north of the River Thames as it winds through Buckinghamshire, The Stag and Huntsman is situated in the picturesque village of Hambleden. Situated in most beautiful, small countryside village but in striking distance to wonderful places like Henley & Marlow or the larger towns of Windsor & Oxford. The pub downstairs could not be more authentic and British, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent.

This historic former brewery boasts light and elegant rooms with rustic, original features and fine Egyptian linen. Centrally located, clean, dinner was delightful and delicious. Bed was very comfortable.

The 4-Star Crowne Plaza Marlow is located beside a lake, in the heart of the Thames Valley. Outstanding in every way. Can’t say enough positive things.

Originally a 16th-century coaching inn, The Crown in Old Amersham offers dining, traditional hospitality and easy access to the M40, M25, M1 and M4. Free parking and Wi-Fi is available on-site. Friendly staff and stayed in a very beautiful central position in Old Amersham.
