Built in 1895, The Townhouse Aberfeldy - Rooms & Breakfast sits on the edge of Aberfeldy’s town centre, a rural town in Highland Pethshire. It is only 5 minutes' walk from the cafés, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a cinema. Location was good and the food was excellent.

The award-winning restaurant offers an à la carte menu based around ‘farm assured’ produce. The menus change through the seasons and offer fresh local Scottish produce. We feature a selection of hand-selected wines, craft-brewed Scottish beers and cider and bespoke gins from all over Scotland. We stayed in the standard double room and the bed was massive, easily a king sized bed. The room was spacious and clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is only about a 15 minute walk away from the city centre. It's not a huge hotel but that's actually a positive in my opinion, gives it a more personable experience.

The hotel is housed in a listed 18th century Georgian townhouse which means we do not have a lift. We recommend guests who struggle with stairs consider a hotel with lift access. Awesome hotel. Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, the service was excellent and the breakfast room was lovely with a view of all the flowers.
