The extremely spacious rooms are warmly decorated, with super king-size Hypnos beds and large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Each room has an LCD TV with Freeview and Sports channels. Excellent service and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and well-stocked with complimentary items, and the beds and pillows were especially cozy. Breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of being able to choose from a made-to-order menu at no extra cost. Overall, the location is very convenient, and we enjoyed our stay.

The room was larger than I had expected. (I booked a single room). Although the room faced the street, I had no problems sleeping even with the window open. 2. This charming property offers elegant, individually, decorated ensuite rooms in keeping with its Grade Il listing and most of which overlook the River Derwent. Fantastic hotel steeped in history, the owners were lovely and friendly . Very welcoming and went out of there way to accomodate any needs . The room was spacious and we loved looking around at all the old stuff especially the big painting on the top floor with a few faces amongst the gentlemans portrait. Its a must to visit and we can not wait to go back again.

This Edwardian house provides rooms with a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The en-suite shower rooms also come with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Each room features a tray filled will homemade treats. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, cereals and hot breakfast cooked to order, freshly brewed tea and coffee and host enquired if we needed any extras. Location was perfect, quite location but only a short stroll to restaurant and shops. Lovely garden to relax in. Lots of literature available on local attractions and walks in the area.

The 16th-century pub at 4-star Peak Edge Hotel serves local produce amongst open fires. Loved everything about it. Cosy stunning venue. Rooms spacious. Finishing touches like “real” milk in the mini bar to make a cup of tea, instead of the usual sachets. Food in the restaurant was 10/10. Staff couldn’t do enough to help.

I've always wanted to stop on a boat and decided to book this for my Husband's birthday. It is ideally located in Sheffield city centre. It's a short walk from the train station and the main shopping area. The owner sent very clear instructions on how to get here .The boat was very clean and comfortable. The heaters were on when we arrived so it was lovely and cozy and there are blankets to get snuggled on the sofa. The bed was really comfortable. We got woken up by the ducks the next morning. It was just a lovely place to stay

Oakhill Hotel is a beautiful Grade 2 Listed (Georgian style) house built by the Arkwright family in the mid 19th century, as a private family dwelling. The hotel is located in the stunning Derbyshire countryside, set in extensive landscaped gardens within the historic village of Cromford, in the UNESCO Derwent Valley World Heritage Site. Beautiful hotel and location. Cozy rooms with all the amenities. A beautiful deep porcelain tub to soak after a long day. Food in the restaurant was wonderful. You didn’t leave hungry ! Staff was amazing and attentive. Took our luggage to our room and personally checked us in and made sure we were comfortable. Beautiful gardens. Perfect for a getaway or special occasion. We were traveling and found it a relaxing break on our road trip.
