Absolutely outstanding!! gorgeous boutique hotel in fab location. Room was spotless, lovely personal touches. Service was exceptional. I couldn't recommend this place more if I tried. We will defo return. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Very keenly priced with a nice room. Quiet location although a car is essential. We chose the chain runner as we were shopping at the designer outlet, which was 5 minutes walk away. Staff were lovely.
Period classy architecture with modern interior design
Traditional building with excellent sensitive renovation to combine traditional with modern. I am an interior designer and I was impressed by a creative modern approach respecting the original aspects of building interior. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
A quirky and very well designed boutique hotel. Very stylishly designed, great staff and lots of well thought out extra features included (like a breakfast hamper, "milk and cookies" if you want them in the evening, a £10 bar credit).
The interior designer/decorator of this gorgeous hotel is brilliant. The lush textures, the thoughtful touches, rich colors and color palettes, the coziness, quiet luxury and beauty of each room and area was just perfection. You wanted to just melt into a velvet chair or take tea next to the huge windows overlooking the city or read a book on a plush sofa in some cozy corner. Beautiful.
Lovely room with a comfortable bed and castle view. The hotel has a quirky designer boutique feel.
