Our bottom line is that it is difficult to say whether the Isle of Skye is a reason to stay at the Cuillin Hills Hotel, or the Cuillin Hills Hotel is a reason to visit the Isle of Skye.

On the Isle of Skye’s spectacular north west coast, The Tables Guest House in Dunvegan offers stylishly appointed rooms and a full breakfast menu. Janet and Stewart went above and beyond as hosts . We were so well looked after .The breakfast was delicious and the choice extensive best breakfast we have had anywhere, Had a choice of home made baking for anytime we wanted and all delicious .Rooms warm clean and comfortable. Great communal area to sit in for a drink.Great communication with them before arriving with information and also when we got there.

Kinloch Lodge Hotel and Restaurant is a family-run former 17th-century hunting lodge, situated at the foot of a long private drive up Kinloch Hill on the shoreline of Loch Na Dal. The property at Kinloch is spectacular! The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is extremely friendly. From the moment we arrived it felt like we were visiting family we immediately relaxed and enjoyed the views of the loch Dinner was brilliant as it was delicious and not drawn out too long Breakfast was perfect The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was immaculate We will be back!

Perfect hotel - outdone all 4 and 5 stars hotels I've stayed in in my life. Amazing staff that couldn't be more helpful and accommodating, perfect location right in Portree centre overlooking the iconic view, absolutely all comfort amenities such as bath robes, slippers, toiletries, water bottles in the room. Perfect cleanliness and everything is high quality. You can tell that people owning and working at the hotel really put heart and soul into everything they do as every little detail was though of. Our room was spacious and warmed up for when we arrived late. When my friend forgot earphones in the hotel, staff kindly mailed them back. Delicious food in the hotel restaurant too and it's very conveniently open later than all other places in town. Huge thank you to everyone at Bosville for your amazing work!

Duisdale House Hotel is a luxury, award winning, family run boutique hotel on Skye’s southern Sleat Peninsular. Beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, the bed was very comfy. The staff was absolutely amazing, super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent too! Would definitely recommend.

Toravaig House is an award-winning Hebridean hotel, offering innovative cuisine and an intimate atmosphere. Such a beautiful cosy hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very smooth check in, comfortable beds and bathrooms had all the necessities. Due to the hotel not offering dinner on the location, they offered us to book a dinner at their sister hotel - Duisdale hotel. We accepted as we knew that the hotel is in a remote area with not much around, and we’re so glad we did! The driver came to pick us up from our hotel to take us there. The food was amazing, service was very very good, and we felt bad that we were only dining there just once. Driver took us back to our hotel as soon as we finished eating. We had breakfast at Toravaig the next day, and this didn’t disappoint either, we had the most delicious breakfast.
