Communication prior to our arrival. very accomodating, informing and higg service standards. best part! they invited us for the Chirstmas celebration with keltic dance ... what an experience!! Oliver, the bar-men/ magician is outstanding! His knowledge in comination with his hospitality is unbeatable. The hotel should be very aware of this asset! In general huge tumbs up to all of the team. made the difference

Malt whiskies and fresh coffees can be enjoyed by the real fire in the stylish Merchant bar. The bed was very comfortable! Everything was clean and tidy! The location was right next to the bus stations which was convenient for how I was travelling

Set in a grand 1920s building, the cosy bedrooms at Coolin View each have tea/coffee facilities and a TV. Rooms also feature a private bathroom, and most have views across the harbour or Coolin Hills. Great location and love the view from our rooms., The rooms were cozy. Love the fact that they provided milk pots for our tea/coffee

Beautiful spot with ample parking, dinner was wonderful as was breakfast. They have a cozy little bar on site with a great selection of beers. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
