Occupying levels 34-52, the Shangri-La Hotel The Shard, London offers 5-star luxury and breathtaking views of the capital and beyond. Our room 4403 had a spectacular view of London, the bridge, the river, and the city. It was the most amazing view that we have ever seen. The staff were very professional and well trained; we can see that the Manager of the hotel is doing a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with choosing this hotel.

With its own Mediterranean restaurant and just a minute’s walk from South Kensington Underground Station, The Ampersand is a cosmopolitan hotel set in a large Victorian building. I had such a lovely experience at The Ampersand Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—truly going out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, with a super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the mornings. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of South Kensington, close to everything but still peaceful. Everything about my stay felt thoughtfully curated and elegant. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
