Beautifully styled, super clean, great breakfast options, and delightful hosts (Suzanne and Derek). Perfect location with inexpensive parking very close by. Would highly recommend all round. Situated in the peaceful village of West Knighton, New Inn – Dorchester is a former 16th-century coaching inn. Great hotel. We have stayed here five-six times now before travelling to and from Jersey. I would thoroughly recommend The New Inn, great food, friendly staff and a good nights sleep.

Aliya is a delightful host and very welcoming. My bedroom was spacious and comfortable and it was great to have places to sit other than the bed. I particularly enjoyed the patio area which, as the property's name suggests, has views of the adjacent woodland; there is a short and picturesque walk through here to Milton Abbas village. The breakfast is prepared to order and I particularly enjoyed the variety of fresh fruit. It's in a very quiet location but ideally situated for getting around this part of Dorset. I definitely hope to return.
