The hotel staff were very kind and professional, which is very important to me. The room was small but clean and practical. The cleanliness was good. Amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste were not available in the room, but the receptionist said to inform them if you need them to bring them. This was also a good option because the hotel had a relatively environmentally friendly management. Coffee, tea and cappuccino were available for free in the lobby, which can be very attractive for a traveler. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right in the heart of Zaragoza, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The room was surprisingly large — a rare find in European budget hotels — and very clean. We really appreciated the amenities, especially the fridge, which was a real joy to have during our summer trip. Great value for the location and comfort!
