Clean, very nice design, comfortable bad and pillows, breakfast, very welcoming and helpful stuff, size of the room and bathroom, everything in fact. We also went to the SPA and we liked it ( dry sauna was not really the best one, but the rest of the areas were lovely).

Concierge Ignacio helped me every day with the activities which met exactly my needs, therefore every day was a pure joy! I also really appreciate Luca with the attention and my best time in the country club, which is also a gem for those who want to get away from from the town (I tried kayaking and that was superb). And I liked a lot that Maite the GM approached all guests every morning during the breakfast to ask for their feedback. I have never seen this before and I wish all GMs did that, as this is the only way to really know your guest and learn how to improve.

It is located in the small town of Alaior, a 10-minute drive from Menorca airport. Everything about this Hotel was perfect. The rooms are modern, comfortable and large. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and local. The dinner was also very special. The pool (salt water) was fantastic, with views and ambience that instilled a sense of total tranquility. Some of them have a private swimming pool. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The whole decor of the whole hotel from the rooms to the restaurant and pool area is gorgeous. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The garden of our room was great, liked how private it felt. Breakfast was great - Flor was such a genuinely happy person to be around - she made the mornings!
