Staff was very kind and thoughtful. We got a room with half-board, breakfast and dinner were always very nice, tasty and eye-catching. If you have a food allergy, they care and there's always an option for you, since it is a buffet. Great location in town and close to the beach. Many stores close by. A couple of minutes away from the bus stop from and to Palma airport. I would definetely stay again if visiting Alcudia.

Art Hotel Palma is set in Palma de Mallorca's Old Town, 400 metres from Palma Port and 1.2 km from Palma Yacht Club. A former antique shop, the hotel has a an art and antique collection. Everything about my stay was wonderful — the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel’s location in the heart of Palma is also perfect for exploring the city. But what truly made the experience special was the staff. Juliette, Marie, Joan and the lovely lady who prepared breakfast may be the kindest and most helpful people I’ve ever encountered in all my travels. The genuine warmth and outstanding service of the team make this hotel truly stand out. I will definitely be back!

Breakfast provided lots of options and all were delicious. Owners were lovely, and helpful.

Great location, it is separated from the beach only by a small street with restricted traffic (and a wider stretch of beach is 3 mins away by foot). It is not in the very center of the town (a few mins walk) which is great because this part it is far less crowded and quieter and much more pleasant than the opposite of the harbor. We loved the view from the sea-facing room and the beach yoga. Excellent breakfast (partially a la carte), excellent personnel. Spotlessly clean. We would definitely come back.
