Great service, staff is very kind and helpful. Beautiful lobby and restaurant area. Also the facilities is completely celiac friendly which was a huge deal. If you have gluten allergies, it might be the best option in all Madrid. Definitely would come again.

This hotel is well above average. The room is well designed and spacious, a delight. They serve you afternoon coffee upon arrival while waiting for check in procedures. They also send you a map so you do not get lost in Atosha train station and on to the hotel, well needed! The area is not so touristy but lively in the evening.

Perfect location, near Plaza de España where there are 2 metro stations. Near Gran Via, the most famous road when you want to shop and enjoy the architecture of the buildings. The breakfast was really nice with a great variety of things to eat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The bedroom is large and has too much space to get comfortable.
