The personnel was very friendly and helpful, assisted to any situation. The breakfast was rich with many choices. Our room had a very nice view to the Nile and we made use of the rooftop for a light dinner and the view was amazing. Security standards are high.

Only cost around £2 in an Uber at 6am in the morning so absolutely no need for shuttle run at £20. The place was clean, food was good, check in was easy and quick, the staff were polite, rooms have everything you need. The hotel is literally integrated into a shopping mall which provides entertainment at a stones throw distance. This includes about 5 floors of shops, a cinema, bowling alley and a little ice rink. Very nice place overall.
