This hotel just screams high end with really high quality furnishings, luxury bathrooms and room amenities. The bar and lobby are super nice. I appreciated that the rooms were not cramped and there was parking on site. All of the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The rate for the rooms are reasonable in comparison to the other hotels in the area without compromise of comfort! Its close to all that Hamburg has to see. Its in a quiet nook but still in the center of everything. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Hamburg

Beautiful room, great location, restaurants in the area, complete breakfast, very spaceous room, close to many attractions.

Centrally situated in a quiet side street, this 3-star superior hotel is located between the lively St. Pauli district and the Schanzenviertel district. Very comfortable family room with 2 double beds which was hard to find in Europe (most family rooms have a sofa bed or bunk beds) Hotel was on a quiet street even though it was a short walk away from Reeperbahn. Easily accessible by bus from the train station. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also fabulous - and included eggs to order. They offered us a complimentary drink in lieu of housekeeping which we opted for - and I had the best wine from Beaumont Family Wines - wines that they exclusively import to Germany, in their cozy dining area. The gentleman at the front desk whose name I now forget, suggested an Italian restaurant Giovanni right opposite the hotel, which was one of the best meals we had on our 21 day trip! Highly recommend. Absolutely delightful stay and I wish I could have stayed longer.

This Nordic Swan ecolabeled hotel in central Hamburg features a 24-hour reception, free WiFi and a gym. It is located 200 metres from Gänsemarkt Underground Station. Probably the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at. I particularly like their approach to clean the room on request rather than every day, saves a lot of water and such. Large screen Smart TV, with a little hdmi extension which makes it super easy to connect, shower didn't leak water all over the place, good lights for chilling, good drapes to block as much sun as you want. The staff were very friendly, relaxed and kind, will definitely go again. The gym was actually usable and free of charge, with a bench and dumbbells, a very smooth leg extension / leg curl machine, cables and a pull up bar, although it got a little hot.
