The man working at the front desk was amazing when we checked in. We were running late and he called to see if everything was OK. The room was clean, well furnished, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly large, with plenty of options. The Wi-Fi was fast enough to do a little work in the morning. No complaints.

This small boutique and Design Hotel is a romantic hideaway located beneath Neuschwanstein castle 3km away from Füssen. First and above all stand proudly Lady Jessica (the receptionist). Besides the amazing facility and beautiful room and the perfect location (right under Neuschwanstein Castle), Lady Jessica was so professional and attentive to guide, support and welcoming that made our stay much above the expectations.
