The whole stay was wonderful, the staff are very friendly and we felt very welcome. We were there for a special occasion and they upgraded us for free. The room was stunning, the bed was very big and comfortable, and overall the facilities felt quite luxurious. The location is 10/10

The rooms are accessible via stairs. Spacious, clean and the staff helped us to bring our bags to upstairs. Breakfast was amazing!!
