Moo apartment which I got is adorable. Everything was great. The beds are very comfy.

The rooms are accessible via stairs. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Right in the old town center where all the gorgeous buildings are and steps away from Charles Bridge. It has spotless housekeeping service and you don’t have to ask personnel to make up your room not complain that it hasn’t been done, which is an increasing fashion in European hotels. It has all the amenities hotels used to have like slippers, ear plugs, shoehorn and L’Occitane products in the bathroom. Staff is eager to help at all times and they always offer to carry your luggage for you. They even had the courtesy to receive my suitcase which had been delayed by the airline and bring it to my room and to print out or train tickets. If we come to Prague again, I’d love to stay at this hotel one more time.

The aparthotel has family rooms. the room was soo clean and smells soo good I loved how the hotel is we checked in by ourselves and checked out also.

One of best stays I have had, amazing location, amazing layout of the apartment and kids also had a great time. The staff were very friendly.

The Hotel Golf Prague Tram Stop is just 50 metres away. Of all the 4-star hotels I have visited, this one ranks among the very best. ​The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with nice amenities, such as complimentary tea, coffee, and water bottles and more. The location is pristine - removed from the busiest areas but still conveniently close to the old town, with Uber rides costing only 5-7 euros each way. The staff is exceptionally kind and makes you feel genuinely welcome. ​A few highlights stood out: the beds are extremely comfortable, and the hotel offers Thai massages at very competitive pricing (around 50€ for 60 minutes). Furthermore, the breakfast was one of the best I've experienced. The sheer amount of choice ensures there is something for everyone, and the attentive waiters constantly refill water glasses and keep tables clean.

All rooms are stylishly decorated with modern furnishings and light earthy tones. Each room is air conditioned and equipped with a minibar and a laptop-size safety deposit box. It also comprises an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Everything was perfect. Marika, the lady on the reception was very polite and welcoming lady. We had a very nice conversation just before we left the hotel. Also, the room was very big and comfy. We loved our stay at the hotel and we definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed the vibe of the place and the design of my room. The bed was super comfy, and overall the room had everything I needed for a short stay. The hotel is in the historic area, but the street is very quiet and not crowded, but close to restaurants etc. at the same time.
