When parking and picking up luggage, there is a waiter waiting in the parking lot. When we see that we are Chinese, we will say hello in Chinese, which makes us feel very good! The manager George is a very good person, with thoughtful and enthusiastic service. My family and I feel that it is my favorite hotel in the whole itinerary. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back!

What struck me immediately upon arrival was the warm and personal welcome from the reception team. After a long journey, being greeted with a sincere smile and such kindness made me feel instantly at home. The staff were not only friendly but genuinely attentive — they took the time to answer all my questions, offer recommendations about the town, and make sure that every detail of my stay was perfect. Their availability and willingness to help stood out throughout my visit. Whether it was arranging transportation, giving advice about local restaurants and attractions, or helping with small requests, they were always approachable and eager to assist. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms also deserve special mention. My room was spotless and beautifully maintained, with every corner reflecting great attention to detail. It was clear that the housekeeping staff take pride in their work — the room was cleaned daily with care, towels and linens were always fresh, and everything was arranged neatly and thoughtfully. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, combining classic charm with modern comfort. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I enjoyed waking up each morning to the peaceful view of the river and the surrounding architecture of Karlovy Vary. Another highlight of my stay was the location of the hotel. Perfectly situated by the Teplá River, the Saint Petersburg Hotel is just a short walk from the famous colonnades, mineral springs, and picturesque town center. I found it extremely convenient to explore the main attractions on foot, and the strolls along the riverside were simply beautiful, especially in the morning or at sunset.

Situated in the city centre in the spa area, Alisa Hotel offers accommodation with free WiFi in a historical building near Karlovy Vary thermal springs. The hotel was completely reconstructed in 2013.... The property is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect for walking around and sightseeing. The staff here is so helpful and kind. I forgot my family’s passports in the hotel and Tomas was amazing. He found them, kept them safe and then made sure we got them returned. This is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.
