They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

Housed in a renovated Art Nouveau building from 1899, the Hotel Romance is situated in the spa centre of Karlovy Vary, close to the Hot Geyser Spring and the Market Colonnade.

The Restaurant Romance with a summer terrace serves Czech and international cuisine as well as aromatic coffee. Great location! Very helpful staff helped us park during the triathlon. Could see the magic show from the window. Dinner was great and breakfast was nice too.

Set in a historical building, the Villa Patriot Boutique Hotel is convenient for guests who enjoy privacy and fine dining. It is located in the centre of Mariánské Lázně, close to the wood and the spa park. It offers elegant rooms, free internet and an on-site parking for a surcharge. The location was excellent, quiet, and very close to the attractions. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

The hotel Romania in Karlovy Vary can be found in the centre of the spa and commercial district, right at the Teplá River and 550 metres from the Mill Colonnade. It offers large, en-suite rooms with free WiFi, and a restaurant serving Czech and international cuisine. A stair lift for disabled guest is available as well. Great location, really spacious room, comfortable bed and stunning view from the balcony. Room had air conditioning which is quite rare in Karlovy Vary among hotels and is a huge advantage as it was really hot outside (32 degrees). So if you’re looking for a stay during summer you should check if hotel rooms have air conditioning. Of course hotel is in the old building as most of hotels in this area so don’t expect brand new, but everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple. If you’re vegan of course you won’t have options in this area but that was not the case for us.

This property houses the Le Marché experience restaurant, run by chef Honza Krajč. There is a daily menu offered, using fresh seasonal ingredients. Selected French and Moravian wines and champagnes offered to complement the dining treats. This is a small, quaint and friendly hotel wih a lovely location along the river. Our room had a riverside view, was comfortable, clean and well equipped, including a fridge and free bottled water, which many European hotels of this size do not provide. The bathroom was spotless. It is very conveniently located - walking distance to where the action is in Karlovy Vary, in the colonnades and baths. The staff provided an excellent and friendly service. The highlight of our stay was the meals at the restaurant below - a high quality breakfast that came with the room, and a fantastic dinner.

Every room in the Humboldt Park Hotel has its individual style and features solid fabrics, fine woods and carpets. Several rooms have a balcony with a view over the Tepla river and the picturesque Old Town. The staff was so accommodating and sweet ! She saw that I was lugging two huge bags so she very kindly allowed me to check in early. It was located in a wonderful location; the room had everything I needed and super comfortable for one person; would definitely return again ! Breakfast was also a decent spread and I enjoyed the option to eat at the terrasse.
