Located in the heart of Larnaka city, The Rise Urban Art Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the famous Phoinikoudes Beach. The hotel is really a work of art and every staff member is incredible. Nikolette, Olgaa, Dianna, Jeet each one of them deserves an Oscar for customer care. The breakfast is incredible and has so many varieties that’s hard to explain. In fact the General Manager of this hotel deserves an Oscar for making this Hotel , such an incredible place. Every hotel manager must visit this place to see, observe and learn from all the things that have been put for the comfort of a customer. It’s not a 5 star hotel but I’ve travelled to countless cities and stayed in hundreds of hotels, i can very well say this hotel is standing up to be noticed and appreciated. Keep up the standards, maintaining consistent quality is not a easy task.

Housed in a 300-year old building, Palatakia - Adults Only combines traditional architecture with modern facilities. It is located in Kato Drys with several monuments to visit and offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. It was exactly that we looked for. Calm place, very friendly staff, cosy room.

Located right on Finikoudes Beach in Larnaca, Krasas Beach offers self-catering units with a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It lies within 350 metres from the port and just a few steps from restaurants, bars and shops, and the famous Saint Lazarus Church. Right in front of the beach. Well decorated. Full kitchen facilities. Large balcony with an excellent view. Parking available in the back but requires asking for a remote to open the gate.

Mesogios House Suites are located just a 5-minute walk from Larnaca Promenade, the town's shopping district and the Phinikoudes Beach. The property offers a fully furnished Rooftop terrace fitted with a Hot Tub, Sauna. Barbeque facilities and unobstructed Sunset and Mediterranean Sea views. The location is excellent, very quite neighbourhood and still only ~2minutes to the next (24h) supermarket and ~5-10min walking distance to the beach / city centre of Larnaca. (Depends on where you want to go, centre or edge). The room was exceptional clean and facilitated as described and was much bigger than it looks on the pictures. The personal on site was really friendly. The terrace on 5th floor invites for a great view over the district, with sunrise and sunset view, sea view and is really relaxing.(i.e. you are on your own, no neighbour buildings have direct view). The terrace is a “Green oasis”. The jacuzzi was clean, well tempered and can be controlled by the visitors (bubbles,temperature ,light). The sauna looked well maintained, but temperatures in Cyprus where still far above 30•C, so didn’t use it :-)

With river views, this accommodation features a patio. The aparthotel provides mountain views, a sun terrace, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We spent one week in Charalambos Holiday Cottage, located in Kalavasos, and left some heart in there. The place is tranquil and charming, with great host Andreas who grew up in there, knows ways, and is friendly and communicative. Village itself is one of the kind, with rich and ancient history, extremely good restaurant, and it has everything one needs.

Located 200 metres from the beach, the boutique Hotel Opera is located in Larnaca, on the square of Saint Lazarus with the church, restaurants and cafeterias. It offers a sun terrace and free Wi-Fi in all areas. the staff was extra friendly and helpful, both at night when we checked in and also the next day. Location is great for being right in the center of Larnaca.

Achilleos City Hotel is located in the centre of Larnaca city, just 50 metres away from Phinikoudes Beach. It offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi access.

The rooms at Achilleos Hotel are decorated in earthy tones and feature elegant furnishings. They are fitted with a TV, minibar and coffee maker. Some rooms also include a spa bath. The staff is extremely polite, one of the best I have ever experienced. The location is great. Breakfast is great.
