Offering a restaurant, Hotel Hacienda Baza is located in Tibaná, a 15-minute drive from the town centre. It is situated in a 17th-century building surrounded by tropical gardens. The rooms and the public spaces are incredibly beautiful. The service is incredibly good and the food exceptional. They have on site gardens with much of the veggies picked fresh daily. They have horses available to ride in their beautiful 70 acre hacienda or you can walk down to the creek with lots of beautiful birds to see.

At the moment the main road in Villa de Leyva is closed and google maps gives you a lengthy detour as we found out. Make sure before your stay you get clear instructions for the short cut! The location of the hotel is perfect for the attractions nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the showers are very good. The gardens are stunning too. The breakfasts were delicious and you eat outside on a beautiful patio.

Located in Paipa, Hotel San Marcos offers an on-site restaurant, free WiFi access and free private parking. Very close to downtown , excellent staff ( welcome with coffee or tea), trying to make sure everything is ok and the customer is happy, great breakfast ( finally cereals with yoghurt 👍), sauna and steam bath ( which I didn’t used, went to the fsbulous public thermales instead, recommended by the hotel , so thank you for everything!! On top they gave me a free upgrade. Amazing!
