I stayed with my two kids and we enjoyed greatly the heated pool. That was a true bonus and in Bogota where it can be windy and cool at times. The room was very comfortable, and breakfast was exceptional - a huge variety of options. Service was attentive.

It was our first visit to Colombia and it was a great experience. The hotel has a wonderful location. You can walk to reach the Zona T where are many restaurants and a shopping center. The breakfast is buffet type and you can find international food as well as Colombian food. The room is very clean and very comfortable. The employees service and the attention are excellent. I recommend this hotel.

Wonderful place! A quiet, mountainous feeling in the city. The place is beautiful, rustic, artsy, clean, and peaceful. The restaurant is also delicious, with a fireplace that's on every night. The owners are often around and available for help or just to chat and tell you the story of the hotel. The staff is very helpful. I also used their chocolate therapy massage services - loved it.

Our room was well-stocked with snacks, drinks, and toiletries available for purchase. While we didn’t use them, they would certainly be handy if needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and an incredible value for the price.
