Cerro Catedral ski centre is 20 km away. I loved my stay at Hotel Cottbus. Super friendly staff, clean and well sized rooms, a decent breakfast, and within walking distance of the main shopping streets, it was super cute.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the reception staff could speak English well. The restaurant and lounge areas were relaxing, with the wonderful view and the food was great. A close walk into town. The room, bed and pillows were really good.

Everything about it was great! Breakfast had a nice variety. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious. We used the pool. Gym was decent. We would have used the sauna as well if we had more time. Staff was very helpful. About 30min walk to the main square. Nice location as you can explore the surroundings in either direction.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even though we couldn’t speak Spanish. Wonderful breakfast baked fresh. Even packed us breakfast to take to airport when we were checking Out early. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center (Plaza de Armas), where you'll find numerous restaurants and shops. The hotel also has a restaurant serving, among other things, delicious hamburgers that rival fast-food chains. In the morning, a delicious, extensive breakfast buffet is served in the same restaurant, while the cozy, beautifully decorated lobby offers a peaceful place to relax and reflect on a day's excursion. In short, highly recommended for a successful stay in Puerto Varas at an attractive price.

A beautiful property with lush green well established landscape overlooking the mountains, a wonderful place to have a good run for my best friend/dog leash free(supervised) ~ she loves all the staff!, good walking tracks nearby, relaxing for me to prepare a nice meal for us. A functional, well-equipped practical kitchenette where everything works (best I’ve used in Argentina!). The suite is tastefully furnished, zen. The observatory deck was a nice way to spend a Saturday evening stargazing, narration included😊so nice! And the hot tub is a plus for a quiet evening to chill after dinner with a glass of wine before bedtime - viva la Galileo Boutique Hotel! Also to note is the water was a little cloudy and brown after the 2days of continuous heavy rain, to be expected up in the mountains. It soon cleared up within the day(let the tap run a bit more, it helps), we had some bottled water to standby for consumption. Thank you Juan Carlos, Maxi, Veronica for a tremendous stay. This team’s hospitality far surpass my expectations!
