The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. Beautiful locations with perfect scenery, the hotel was very pretty with an amazing pool with mountain views. Our room was spacious and comfortable . We really appreciate LIAN who was very kind and helpful throughout our stay and even at the end. She is very professional and makes sure the guests are comfortable during the stay. A very warm and generous person 😊

In the summer months guest enjoy free access to the heated outdoor pool of the neightbouring hotel Beau Rivage. We spent a week in the hotel in April. It is a beautiful property and a great base for walks to Hertenstein, Vitznau and to the cable car to mount Rigi. The hotel is near the ferry dock which provides an easy way to reach the many small pretty towns on the Lake Lucerne. The hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffet is simply delicious! It is a very good opportunity to sample local breads, cheeses and cold meat cuts, and the hostess will also cook eggs to your liking. Our room with the lake view was so pretty! Highly recommend the hotel.

It is located in the very center of the city close to all places of interest. A good accommodation, there is a small kitchen inside.

The entire experience felt serene and luxurious in every way. All the staff at reception were super nice and welcoming, especially Aala, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect. It was our most wonderful stay in Switzerland..peaceful, scenic, and totally worth it. We would love to come back again someday! 💫
