Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... We absolutely loved our stay! Gorgeous views, wonderful staff, and the food was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. We had a wonderful time.

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. The room was a decent size, clean, with enough storage, a safe, a professional Nespresso coffee machine and the bed and pillows were confortable. A balcony with a ashtray and a beautiful view. The hotel has a pool and a lake access, perfect for summer and the view from the pool was amazing. I’m not a fan of buffet breakfasts but, between the Gorgonzola, the dispensers of farmers honey, the fresh orange juice machine, the fresh bread and pastries, all sorts of teas, eggs, cereals, nuts, etc and the different types of coffee you can order, this one is devine! The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. good location, shared kitchen is spacey, close to the train station

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. The breakfast was great. The evening meal was greaat

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. Location was excellent and staff at reception and at breakfast friendly and hospitality.

Built in 1914 and located 850 meters above sea level, Kurhaus Cademario- Adults Only has massage, relaxation and steam rooms. This hotel was absolutely stunning, the outdoor and indoor pools were beautiful along with the Spa facilities. The breakfast was wonderful and there were so many options to choose from. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely advise to get a room with the lake view, it was wonderful.

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.
