This place has been lovingly renovated (rebuilt?!) and the owners' pride in their achievements shines through in every detail. Lovely people, great location for convenience to everything, and a class act all round. Would not hesitate to come back here.

Villa Principe Leopoldo can be found amid a large park above Lugano, offering panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the mountains, and featuring leisure, sport and wellness facilities, as well as... The property was amazing and the views were spectacular

Right on the shore of Lake Lugano, this family-run 4-star hotel offers restaurants, free WiFi, and a south-facing outdoor pool with direct lake access. The centre of Lugano is a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast at Hotel Lido Seegarten is truly impressive—not only for its wide variety and well-curated selection, but also for the stunning view overlooking Lake Lugano. Enjoying such diverse offerings in a peaceful lakeside setting makes for a perfect, relaxing start to the day. Additionally, the local transportation pass provided as a complimentary benefit is outstanding. It not only offers free transportation but also saves valuable time for travellers by simplifying travel arrangements, making the overall experience even more convenient and enjoyable.

The Hotel&Hostel Montarina occupies a historic Villa built around 1860, only 200 metres from the Lugano train station. The hotel section was better than expected! It was super close to Lugano train station and a short journey down to the main part of town. The room was great with views of the lake and double glazed windows that worked super well. The reception staff were really helpful and polite. There was a fridge and desk in the room. The common areas were beautiful with chairs outside in the garden too. There is a restaraunt and bar on site.

The family-run Continental Parkhotel is located 200 metres south of the main railway station of Lugano, where the funicular leaves regularly for the city centre. Hotel is located near to railway station, easy to reach. Very nice territory,with outdoor pool and ability to take sunbath between grape yards, if you are coming in the right season. Welcoming and helpful personel, found the answers to all our travel related quastions

Situated on the lake promenade near the traffic-free centre of Lugano, Hotel Walter Au Lac offers you rooms with superb lake views. WiFi is free of charge. All air-conditioned rooms are renovated. Great localization in the center of the city, close to train station, lake across the street. The room was small, but clean and had all the advertised features, especially air conditioning and lake view. Breakfast had modest selection, but was good and should be good enough for most people.

Built in 1914 and located 850 meters above sea level, Kurhaus Cademario- Adults Only has massage, relaxation and steam rooms. Skoro všechno nemám k ničemu vyhrady.

Located 800 metres from the Lugano Exhibition Centre and 1 km from the lake, Hotel City Lugano is a modern, non-smoking building with stylish and air-conditioned rooms. Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.
