Within a 10-minute walk you can reach the shopping district, the lake-front promenade and the main museums. Absolutely stunning hotel with excellent staff, 9/10 for attention to detail. The only Hotels I've stayed that would be better would be some of the five-star hotels in the big chains like the Ritz-Carlton group, but in Switzerland and this time of year you'd be talking multiples of the price we paid to stay here. Genuinely brilliant boutique Hotel. Location was probably the best of any city stay hotel I've been to. Thanks to Tom especially for his help with booking tickets etc. Hotel restaurant was also a genuine treat with the traditional Swiss Fare explained by good waiting staff. Well worth booking for your first night in my opinion.

Renovated in September 2014, Auberge Communale de Carouge occupies a historic building in the centre of Carouge, 4 km from the centre of Geneva. It offers a restaurant and free WiFi access.

The modern, individually furnished rooms feature a flat-screen TV, wooden floors, and a bathroom. Very cute small hotel in nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again next time in Geneve. The breakfast room is nice. Delicious coffee and good choices for breakfast. Hotel provided us with tram cards, very useful , so we explored the city by tram.

I loved everything about it: - very friendly, professional and helpful staff - comfortable hotel rooms - very comfy mattress - absolutely stunning alcove-like angled window, with cushions to sit at the window and look at Geneva Lake. My favourite part about the room! - All very clean, and a sufficient amount of towels (one big, one small, one smaller) - seems like a small detail, but most hotels don't do this :) - Good breakfast, with a view of the lake as a bonus! - Services for anything you may need - even borrowing a plug adapter! Plus the hotel is very well connected to Geneva - you get a free transport card for the entire canton of Geneva, it's right next to the train station and trains go every 15 mins! It's perfect, and so much nicer and quieter than to stay in Geneva while still being close by! Would 100% recommend

Ibis Genève Centre Nations is located in the centre of Geneva, just 800 metres from Cornavin Train Station and all the leisure attractions and business facilities such as the International organisations and CICG. The Starling Hôtel Résidence Genève is located 400 metres from the Faculty of Business and Economics. It features modern studios with a kitchenette, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a variety of bathroom amenities. Everything was just perfect, the location of the hotel more than perfect as the tram stopped right in front of the hotel and you can go anywhere from them. The best part, they provided me with a transport card for the whole stay, so it was a bonus for me. The staff was always helpful and friendly, so happy I stayed here, truly worth it.

Situated in the St Gervais quarter, Hotel des Tourelles offers contemporary rooms in a historic building with free WiFi, coffee and tea making facilities and en-suite bathrooms. Offering a mix of modern furnishings and old-world décor, each room has cable TV and bathroom amenities. Some rooms have scenic views of Rhone River. I stayed in Chambre 22 and by far the best thing about this hotel is the amazing views. I wish I could have stayed longer. The location is perfect, you get a free transport card throughout your stay but everything is within walking distance in the city. The staff are super helpful when I forgot my charger they let me borrow one from reception, much appreciated.
